hi

i just want to share somthing with you, u know since the begining of the year i have been giving my tithe to my parents cos they were strugling financialy i prayed over this and got the confirmation over this from God>>i told God that i wanted to help my parents with this till they are financialy ok..then i started giving my tithes again to the church i also received confermation that i have to do it now, so ive been doing it all along!! u know what all of the sudden i am xperiencing financial problems my salary doesnt last anymore, we r strugling..however i still give my tithe to the church, i still remain faithful to God and talked to Him about this problem...the thing is its not nice to know u wont hve money come two weeks after ur pay!! my wife had  a dream saturday, she was walking with her cousin but my wife becme very hungry, her cousin coulndt give her something to eat..at the bac of her mind she knew we only had a 300 dolar which was meant for fuel and electricity..she said to herself that she wud take that money to buy something to eat..but decided against it sinc we wud not  have enough money left..as she aproached the house sudenly she came acros a garden filled with money,.she started picking it, on the other side was a dog barking and barking, ther was money laing in front of the dog as well but she was scared to tak it and continued picking money from the gareden( about 1000 dollars) sudenly some1, a guy wearing a white robe aproached her saying u c what God can do u often worry and think of how ull survive..God wants to bless u in abundance just trust in Him and the dog, thats satan he takes away things that God prepared for u..so if u dont take the opportunities God gives u satan will take it away from u>>please help with interpretation.....i on the other hand i had2 dreams 1 was while i was praying in my dream i became overwhelmed by the holy spirit and sudenly i saw a 3D cross made out of 2 US$ billls and sudenly some1 gave me a soft slap on my head ..but it felt so real..i wokeup to realise ther was no1..yhe second dream i can recal i had a small paper displayed to me with " What did u sow?" i cud only answer "my tithes offerings? i just want u to assist me in geting clarity in thes aspects>>>is God talking to us< trying to tell us something? please pray for me as well as i was nominated as deacon in my church, for my father as well, stil waiting for an answer for the tender we submitted for the big construction....thank u for ur time!! GOD BLESS!!!

Can dreams reveal clues to future events? Dreams have fascinated us for time immemorial. Many believe that dreams hold the key to hidden truths about their lives.

Two weeks before Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, he dreamt of a funeral at the White House. American novelist Mark Twain dreamt of his brother's body in a metal coffin, shortly before he was killed in a boating mishap. After the Titanic sunk, hundreds of people came forward to report their dreams of disaster. So can dreams predict the future?

Psychologist Richard Wiseman, in his new book Paranormality, says, "You have lots of dreams and encounter lots of events. Most of the time, the dreams are unrelated to the events and so you forget about them. However, once in a while one of the dreams will correspond to one of the events. Once this happens, it is suddenly easy to remember the dream and convince yourself that it has magically predicted the future. In reality, it is just the laws of probability at work."

Dr Rajiv Anand, psychiatrist, maintains, "Most people are lost in the jungle of thoughts all the time and find themselves confused and concerned about various responsibilities concerning day-to-day life. When they go to sleep, this huge static becomes less. If it becomes sufficiently less, then they get sound sleep." But people who have disciplined their mind can transcend the boundaries of encapsulated awareness and get linked to infinite awareness and consciousness. Adds Dr Anand, "Most events are predestined. Our mind cannot access those events, except during sleep. That's when a few people can broaden their horizons and see or experience beyond all conceivable boundaries."

Author Lucinda Davis also feels that dreams can aid us in predicting the future. "Unfortunately, it requires learning how to interpret your own dreams and quite often the thing you were warned about happens before you understand what the dream was there to tell you. It takes a lot of patience, time and studying to learn what your dreams mean." Trying to determine which dreams are about the future and which ones are not can make you pull your hair out in frustration!

Dr Harish Shetty, psychiatrist, says, "Dreams are residues of day-to-day events and also stories of unfulfilled desires. Those who fantasise about Sheela ki jawani may get intimate with her in their dreams. Those who hate someone, kill them in their dreams. Past trauma may repeat itself in dreams and heal slowly. Those depressed may get gory dreams due to the illness. To say that dreams are predictors of future events is a far-fetched fantasy."

GOOD SLEEP
Sleep is as important to humans as eating healthy food, he did not give the body 8 hours of rest it needs a day can cause disruption, general discomfort, loss of concentration and even accidents.


We must all ensure that our dream is the deepest and most enjoyable we can to ... thus avoiding the negative consequences this may have, you must also discard the common myth that tells us that while we are older, our bodies need fewer hours of rest because no matter how old we are 8 hours regulations are required.
If you or a family member has sleep problems, I recommend you follow these tips to have a good sleep.
1-Sleep the time. Do not overdo or limits. The normal time is 7 hours of sleep, but we must remember that not everyone is equal and this time can vary.
2 - Do not take long naps or close to bedtime. Naps should ideally be 15 to 20 minutes. It should take about 8 hours before your bedtime so as not to affect nighttime sleep.

3 - Physical activity. If you get tired during the day is easier to sleep at night. Therefore if you have problems with the pillow is recommended to exercise during the day.



4 - Clean the mind. If you suffer from anxiety and fears can be hard to sleep. There are several relaxation techniques that can help. The easiest is to breathe deeply and think of something positive and not let negative thoughts come to mind.

5 - Sleep in complete darkness. Sleep hormones need darkness. One such hormone is melatonin, sometimes called the Dracula of hormones because only active at night. Put dark curtains, covers for any appliance that emits any light even lights girls and dive into the darkness.
